Harpal Sandhu co-founded Integral in 1993 to transform wholesale capital markets through the use of advanced technology. In the late 1990s, Harpal led Integral in the development of a global data grid to electronically connect the world’s major financial institutions into the first integrated trading network for foreign exchange and interest-rate derivative products. That effort, now known as FX Grid is the basis of Integral’s highly successful product line.

Prior to founding Integral, Harpal was founder and president of Infinity Financial Technology, a leading supplier of software products for the financial services industry, which was acquired by SunGard Data Systems in 1998. Harpal began his career as a financial engineer in the Capital Markets Product Development Group at Morgan Stanley & Company. Harpal holds a BA from Stanford University. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences

Indu Navar - CEO, Serus Corporation  indu navar

Often it is not dreaming the dream but the execution of it where people fail. But Indu Navar has accomplished more in her four short decades than most people perhaps do in a lifetime. An experienced Silicon Valley technologist and entrepreneur, Indu, a CEO of an IT company, an amateur pilot and mother of 10 year old wears many hats.
Indu’s journey in the U.S. began when she came to CSU, Chico in 1992 from India to pursue her Master’s in Computer Science. Post her education she started her career as a gifted engineering working for NASA.  Her career has taken her to Silicon Graphics, and Healtheon (WebMD) prior to co-founding Serus.
Talking about how the unique name of the company, she laughs and explains, “The name derives from cirrus clouds, those feathery wisps that tornadoes leave in their wake. Serus is actually in the business of upheaval prevention, offering software that musters "the right information at the right place at the right time."


Bobby Chang - Director, GLEMBA, UTD

Bobby is the program director of GLEMBA (Global Leadership EMBA, glemba@utdallas.edu) at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is also the chairperson of the IEEE Communications & Vehicular Society Dallas chapter. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Huawei - the third largest telecommunications equipment provider of the world responsible for strategic planning, competitor analysis, business development, M&A, R&D management and external partnership.

Bobby was the managing director of ACS responsible for business development and HR activities for 39 countries in the whole Asia Pacific region. ACS is one of the leading IT/BPO companies with more than 64,000 employees worldwide. The company recently was sold to Xerox for $6.4 billion. Previously he was the managing director of Business Development of Foxconn, the world largest OEM manufacturer for iPhone, iPad, iPod, Wii, Xbox, Play Station, HP and Cisco routers, and Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia mobile phones.

Bobby was the Deputy General Manager for Strategic Marketing and VP of HR of SMIC. Based in Shanghai, China, SMIC is world’s third largest semiconductor manufacturing company. Bobby was also the IPO team to help list the company in NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.Bobby was the Chief Strategist of Lenovo Computer Group based in Beijing, China responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, CEO office organization structure and new product development.

Bobby was the VP of Business Development at Chorum Technologies, one of the leading optical network component start-ups responsible for marketing, business development, and M&A. Bobby has been with Ericsson in Sweden and the US for more than 16 years responsible for competitor and market analyses, M&A, long-term scenario planning, strategic planning, partnership, R&D management and government relation after working for AT&T and United Technologies Corp.

The winner of the 1989 Marcus Wallenburg Award from Sweden, Bobby has also received the Most Innovative Awards from Ericsson for six times, the Best Speaker Award from Frost & Sullivan, the Unsung Hero Award from DCCC, Outstanding Service Awards from CIE and IEEE. He has provided consulting services to NEC, Fujitsu, Texas Instruments, Mitsubishi, TSMC and other Global Fortune 500 companies. Bobby holds multiple graduate degrees in MBA, Computer Science & Engineering, Interdisciplinary Studies, International Management, Public Policy and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California, Southern Methodist University, and the University of Texas at Dallas respectively.

Ram Viswanathan is a technologist, entrepreneur and President & CEO of Nathan Research Inc., a boutique management consulting/solutions organization that assists retailers, manufacturers and service organizations on corporate strategy, business planning and operations across functions - sales & marketing, product management, supply chain & labor fulfillment. The firm often acts as an extension of a COO’s office with the models it develops and implements for its clients. Prior to founding Nathan Research, Ram, helped bring several leading edge software products to market, for a supply chain software firm, as Director of Product Marketing. He had earlier built and ran a highly successful Supply Chain practice for a Big 6 consulting firm, as well as held various operational leadership roles at Fortune 500 firms implementing best practices in Distribution, Logistics and Financial Settlements in the process. He is a co-author of the Retail CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) model, and speaks frequently at Retail & Management forums. Ram has a M.S in Computer Science and a B.S in EE from IIT, Roorkee, India. His current interest is in the development of global business ventures that unlock the intrinsic value of industry knowledge through innovative technology networks across industries characterized by fragmentation, inefficiency and growth potential
